Job summary

PopStroke is seeking friendly team members to welcome guests, explain the venue, and assist with beverage service at our golf counter. You’ll help guests with play, handle cash and POS transactions, and keep the golf shop and courses clean and stocked. The position is indoor/outdoor, non-exempt, with hourly pay plus tips. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

Experience in guest service or hospitality in high-volume settings.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests on arrival and acquaint them with the property.
Explain venue, check guests in, equip guests with tools to play, and answer questions.
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine and ice cream at the golf counter; assist guests with retail purchases.
Maintain the golf shop fully stocked.
Remove trash and maintain organization of the golf shop and courses.
Ensure cleanliness of all golf courses and golf shop areas; restock stations and restrooms.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, balance cash drawers, use POS; maintain security protocols.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a memorable guest experience.
Assist guests with play, course rules and PopStroke app.
Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Other duties as assigned.
