You will greet customers, understand their needs, and support their journey while upholding merchandising standards and executing price changes and replenishment tasks. In this role, you will promote loyalty programs, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment, while adhering to safety and loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Stand or walk for up to 4 hours.
• Repetitive motions for up to 2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience.
• Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage and price changes.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures; protect company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and safe.
