Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively understand needs to support shopping with product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, including external guidelines (ATF).
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
