Responsibilities include merchandising, price changes, and inventory replenishment, with opportunities to promote loyalty and warranty programs. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and flexible task execution in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to enhance their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Promote programs (loyalty, warranty, private label enrollment) and adhere to safety and loss prevention policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and support team across the store.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
