Auxillium LLC is seeking a Consumer Support Representative to handle golf-related customer and technical support inquiries, manage orders and returns, and help drive customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes professional communication, accuracy, and a proactive service mindset.

You will work on a full-time, on-site basis with multiple schedules discussed during interview; strong preference for knowledge of golf and customer service in this sports-related niche.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of golf experience required.
• Customer service experience; golf knowledge preferred.
• Technical support or gaming knowledge is a plus.
• Technical proficiency with computers and mobile devices.
• Excellent problem solving and clear communication.
• Familiarity with golf terminology and sports industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls from Golf Accounts and Consumers.
• Respond to product questions and process returns for warranty issues.
• Build relationships with accounts and consumers by exceeding expectations.
• Manage ~100 calls per day and resolve inquiries on the first contact.
• Explain features and benefits of product lines.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide application support over phone or email.
• Stay updated on industry trends and relevant events.
• Utilize Zendesk, Salesforce, Outlook, and intranet tools concurrently.
• Take on special projects and complete them accurately.
• Operate standard office equipment and software.
