Job summary

Mizuno USA, located in Peachtree Corners, GA, is seeking a Golf Customer Support Specialist I to deliver exceptional service to customers and sales reps. The role processes orders received by email and other channels, ensuring accurate fulfillment and timely communication.

You will handle billing inquiries, pricing questions, returns, and shipping issues, while maintaining product knowledge and coordinating with multiple departments to resolve complexities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in computer use and ability to learn new software (JD Edwards familiarity preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and sales reps with billing, pricing, program inquiries, and rush requests.
• Answer incoming phone calls via Call Center.
• Resolve customer issues including invoices, shipping errors, returns, and order problems.
• Process change requests and cancellations on existing orders as directed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mizuno USA product lines and review orders for smooth processing.
