PGA TOUR Superstore is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Roswell, GA to support our growing ecommerce team. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries, guiding customers through troubleshooting and site navigation, while collaborating with teammates and partners to improve processes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service or call center experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience.
• Call center experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of golf/tennis industry is a plus.
• Experience with Service Now, ITSM/CSM, SAP, Kibo OMS, Cybersource, Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound phone calls in a professional, courteous manner and escalate when needed.
• Respond to emails and make outbound calls to assist customers.
• Research customer questions across multiple systems to resolve issues.
• Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating the ecommerce site.
• Collaborate with other Customer Service Specialists and business partners.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.
• Serve as a liaison for special orders between vendors and customers.
