JDM Golf at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Player Services Supervisor to enhance the experience for members and guests. Under general supervision, you will lead the Player Services Team Leads, Reps, and Cart Washers, ensuring smooth operations and superior service.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, managing carts and tee times, organizing golf events, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred in golf or service industry.
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent guest service skills.
• Must be dependable with strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service excellence and address guest inquiries promptly.
• Oversee the player services and cart washer team, with training and guidance.
• Coordinate daily operations including cart rentals, course readiness, and tee times.
• Assist in organizing and executing golf tournaments and events.
• Coordinate with Grounds Department to maintain course safety and playability.
• Hands-on supervision of staff and carts; manage schedules and workflows.
• Maintain record of carts and lost equipment; ensure safety procedures are followed.
