Job summary

Eagle Crest Golf Resort in Redmond, Oregon is hiring an Outside Service Attendant to support outside golf operations and guest experiences. You will help with cart fleet management, driving range duties, and general facility upkeep to ensure a welcoming environment for guests and members.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, range ball recovery, cart and range maintenance, and assisting in tournament setup while upholding high standards of cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.
• Must be fluent in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Meets and greets all guests and members in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for daily operations of range ball recovery utilizing mechanical and hand equipment.
• Collects and washes range baskets and range balls.
• Keeps golf carts, range balls and hand cart rentals available; coordinates with golf shop.
• Maintains driving range cleanliness and supplies water and ice.
• Keeps restrooms clean and trash receptacles maintained.
• Maintains grounds around pro shop and driving range.
• Maintains good personal hygiene and clean work environment.
• Assists guests with requests and questions.
• Explains golf products and resort services to guests and owners.
• Ensures carts are stored and on chargers properly.
• Assists golf shop in tournament setup of carts and range operations.
• Learns new skills and adapts to change; performs other duties as assigned.
