Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests. You will support golf operations by handling bags, preparing carts, and maintaining range areas, ensuring a seamless experience on the course.

Responsibilities include cart marshal duties, maintaining facilities, and assisting with daily club operations. The role emphasizes professionalism, safety, and teamwork in a dynamic outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags, preparing them for play, answering questions, and providing post-round support.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and amenities to enhance member/guest enjoyment.
• Marshal carts in the staging area, assign to players, track usage, and report issues to the Golf Shop.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, storage areas, and related spaces.
• Set up and manage practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters for seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments and keep the Golf Shop stocked and tidy.
