Job summary

Invited is hiring an Outside Services Attendant to support golf operations and deliver exceptional member and guest experiences at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range setup, and maintaining clean, functional carts and spaces, ensuring a seamless play experience for all golfers.

The role emphasizes teamwork with marshals, range attendants, and starters, with daily tasks ranging from assisting golfers to promoting events and club amenities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags, preparing them for play, and answering questions.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, ensure carts are cleaned and maintained, and report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, storage areas, and surrounding spaces.
• Set up and manage practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with other golf operations staff to ensure seamless service.
• Complete daily tasks while keeping areas tidy and stocked to club standards.
