Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to support golf operations and deliver outstanding member and guest experiences at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart prep, range operations, and maintain clean, ready-to-use carts and work areas.

The role emphasizes teamwork with range attendants, marshals, and starters, while ensuring proper etiquette and safety. This is a hands-on position with outdoor duties and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing for play.
• Promote club events, course conditions and amenities to members/guests.
• Marshal carts in staging area; track usage and report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, storage areas, and exterior spaces.
• Set up/manage practice areas with equipment and range balls.
• Collaborate with golf operations staff for seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments meeting club standards and keep areas stocked.
