Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, and range operations while ensuring carts are clean, functioning, and ready for play.

The role supports the golf operations team and requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and reliability. Outdoor work with flexible hours is common, and you will be part of a team that values service excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a front-facing role.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and course operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing equipment.
• Maintain cart barn and practice areas; keep facilities clean and stocked.
• Marshal carts, track usage, and coordinate with Golf Shop staff.
• Promote events and course conditions to enhance member/guest experience.
• Complete daily tasks in designated areas following club standards.
