Job summary

Sea Island Company seeks friendly, service‑oriented team members to assist members and guests arriving at the golf course. Leverage golf knowledge and hospitality to deliver warm, genuine service while following all policies.

Responsibilities include staging carts, storing clubs, assisting with tournaments, and guiding guests with local information. A high school diploma is preferred; candidates must be flexible to early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High School Diploma or equivalent credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stage and prepare golf carts for daily play prior to guests' arrival.
• Store and clean clubs for all guests and members.
• Assist golf professionals in the operation of golf tournaments and outings.
• Assist in the transportation of golf clubs to other locations.
• Learn the names and personally recognize our regular Guests and Members.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of guest services, activities, dining options, shops, local attractions, and historical information.
• Complete a Guest Problem Resolutions (GPR) form and follow up as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
• Uphold company standards of quality and timing and compliance with policies.
• Report equipment problems, safety hazards, or unsafe practices to supervisor.
• Attend meetings and contribute suggestions for improvement.
• Willingness to perform other duties as delegated by leadership.
