Job summary

Sea Island Company is seeking a dedicated equipment operator to assist in the maintenance of golf courses in Sea Island, Georgia. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills and have knowledge in golf course maintenance techniques.

This role involves operating numerous tools and equipment while ensuring high standards of service and compliance with company policies. Flexibility to work varied hours and a valid Georgia Driver's License are essential.

Qualifications

• Advancement from Greensperson/Equipment Operator Level 1 or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Georgia Driver’s License.
• Must be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate various golf course maintenance equipment.
• Assist in bunker maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Monitor hot spots and disease, reporting issues to supervisor.
• Maintain golf course conditions and cleanliness.

Skills
