Job summary

JDM Golf Teammates is seeking an Equipment Operator to maintain and cut grass on tees, fairways, roughs, greens, and fringes. You will operate mowers, trivial equipment, and a variety of hand tools to keep the course in peak condition.

This role requires outdoor work, physical stamina, and attention to safety. Responsibilities include mowing, bunker maintenance, irrigation assistance, and occasional tree work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in golf course maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate golf course equipment safely.
• Ability to lift light to moderate loads and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mow tee boxes and approaches with precision.
• Mow fairways and roughs using appropriate equipment.
• Rake bunkers and maintain sand quality.
• Water greens and assist with irrigation tasks as needed.
• Operate and maintain chainsaws and other landscape tools for routine tasks.
• Assist with tree work and debris removal.
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE at all times.
