Job summary

JDM Golf at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Equipment Operator to maintain and cut grass on tees, fairways, roughs, greens and fringes. You will operate walking/riding greens, tee and fairway mowers, bunker rakes, utility cars, rollers, blowers, tractors, and a variety of hand tools to keep the course in optimal condition.

Under general supervision, you will perform a range of duties with weekdays and weekends shifts, while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; golf course maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience operating golf course maintenance equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Mow tee boxes and approaches with mowers and operate related equipment.
• Mow fairways and roughs, assist with greens maintenance and debris removal.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and support irrigation and bunkers as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Report issues to supervision and assist with various seasonal duties.
