Job summary

JDM Golf is seeking an Equipment Operator to maintain tees, fairways, roughs, greens, and fringes using a range of mowers and tools. The role involves operating riding and walking mowers, rakes, blowers, and carts while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, debris removal, irrigation support, and occasional tree work. High school diploma preferred; experience in golf course maintenance preferred. Physical endurance and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate golf course and landscape equipment safely.
• Extensive knowledge of golf course equipment repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of fertilizers and pesticides and their application techniques.

Responsibilities

• Mow tees, fairways, roughs, greens, and fringes with various mowers.
• Operator must walk/jog for long periods and handle manual tasks.
• Rake bunkers, water greens, and perform debris removal as needed.
• Assist with irrigation repairs and tree work as required.
• Follow safety standards and report issues to management.
