Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Club Services Associate to perform club services, diagnose issues, and maintain top-tier customer experience in our store. You will manage re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments, and front-end tasks while ensuring accurate documentation and safe, ethical operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail or club repair, strong communication, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide world class service.
• Execute all Club Services such as Re-gripping, Re-shafting, Loft & Lie measurements/adjustments.
• Handle front-end operations including returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons.
• Maintain premier merchandise presentation to drive sales and customer experience.
• Ensure all club services and front-end areas are clean, stocked, and operational.
• Communicate repair options, costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
• Document repair orders and track progress for inventory management.
