Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding service to members and guests. You will support golf operations with bag handling, cart prep, range operations, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, knowledge of golf etiquette, and a positive, detail-oriented mindset to ensure a seamless golf experience for all players.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Promote club events and amenities to members and guests.
• Marshal carts in the staging area and ensure they are well-maintained.
• Maintain cart barn and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Set up and manage practice areas with range balls.
• Collaborate with golf operations staff to ensure seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments meeting club standards.
