Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests at the golf club. Responsibilities include bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas to ensure a seamless golfing experience.

You will stage and store golf carts, ensure they are clean, functional, and ready for use, while supporting the golf operations team throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload bags, prep clubs, assist golfers and deliver clubs to cars.
• Promote club events and amenities to members/guests.
• Marshal and track carts; ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain cart barn, practice areas, and surrounding spaces.
• Set up practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters.
• Complete daily assignments to club standards and keep shop stocked.
