Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to provide outstanding service to members and guests at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas, ensuring carts are ready for use.

You will promote events and course information while supporting golf operations with daily tasks. The role requires strong communication, golf knowledge, and a professional attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills for member/guest interactions.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Promote club events and course conditions to enhance member experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, and ensure cleanliness and safety of carts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn and surrounding areas.
• Set up and stock practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with golf operations staff for seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments meeting club standards and keep shop stocked.
