Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to provide outstanding service to members and guests. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, and range operations while maintaining clean, safe work areas and supporting the golf operations team.

Responsibilities include cart staging, assisting players, promoting club events, and ensuring a seamless guest experience across facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Excellent communication with members, guests and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules and best practices.
• Positive attitude with commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing equipment for play.
• Promote club events, course conditions and amenities to members and guests.
• Marshal carts, track usage, ensure cleanliness and report issues.
• Maintain cart barn, practice facilities and related areas.
• Set up and manage practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters for seamless service.
• Complete daily tasks and keep Golf Shop organized and stocked.
