Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to provide outstanding member and guest service at the club. You will assist with essential outside services, including bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining work areas to ensure a seamless experience for all golfers.

The role involves staging carts, keeping areas clean, and collaborating with golf operations staff to deliver excellent service daily, while adhering to club standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload golf bags and prepare clubs for play.
• Answer questions, explain golf etiquette, and provide post-round support.
• Marshaling carts, tracking usage, and reporting issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn and related areas.
• Set up and manage practice areas with range balls.
• Collaborate with range attendants and starters to ensure smooth service.
• Complete daily assignments to club standards.
