Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintain clean work areas, ensuring carts are ready for use and golf services run smoothly.

You will work with the golf operations team, marshal carts, and help promote club events while upholding course etiquette and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills and a positive service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Promote club events and course info to guests to enhance their experience.
• Marshal carts in staging area, assign to players, track usage, and inspect for damage.
• Maintain cleanliness of cart barn, storage areas, and external spaces.
• Set up and manage practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with golf operations staff to ensure seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments and keep the shop organized and stocked.
