You will assist golfers with bags, prepare equipment, and help deliver exceptional service across our club amenities. You will marshal carts, maintain facilities, and support daily operations to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Promote club events and course information to enhance member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts, assign to players, track usage, and ensure carts are clean and well‑maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, and exterior spaces.
• Set up and manage practice areas with range balls and daily use readiness.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters for seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments in designated areas and keep the Golf Shop stocked.
