Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding member and guest experiences at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart prep, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas while ensuring carts are ready for use.

Daily duties include promoting events, guiding etiquette, and coordinating with golf shop staff to maintain smooth operations. A field-based role emphasizes professionalism, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication to engage with members and guests.
• Solid understanding of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• High level of reliability and attention to detail in a fast-paced club environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, and ensure carts are clean and safe for use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, storage areas, and surrounding spaces.
• Set up practice areas with equipment and ensure daily readiness.
• Collaborate with golf operations staff to ensure seamless service throughout the day.
• Complete daily assignments in line with club standards and stock levels.
