Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding member and guest service at our club. You will assist golfers with loading/unloading bags, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas.

You may also deliver clubs to cars and promote club events to enrich the guest experience. Responsibilities include cart marshaling, ensuring carts are clean and in good condition, and coordinating with golf ops staff to ensure seamless service throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong communication with members, guests and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules and best practices.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload bags, prepare for play, answer questions and assist golfers.
• Promote club events and course information to enhance guest experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage and report any issues to the Golf Shop.
• Maintain cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, and surrounding spaces.
• Set up and stock practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals and starters to ensure smooth service.
