Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver exceptional service to members and guests. You will support golf operations with bag handling, cart prep, range operations, and ensuring work areas stay clean and organized.

You will stage and maintain golf carts, assist with club delivery, and help provide a seamless, enjoyable rounds for all golfers while upholding club standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with members, guests and staff.
• Good knowledge of golf etiquette and course operations.
• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers with loading/unloading bags and preparing clubs.
• Promote club events and amenities to enhance member experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, and ensure carts are clean and ready for play.
• Maintain cleanliness of cart barn, storage areas and pro shop entrance.
• Set up practice areas and ensure equipment is stocked.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters to ensure seamless service.
• Complete daily tasks and keep the Golf Shop organized and stocked.
