Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests at the club. You will assist the golf operations team with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

You will stage and store golf carts, ensure cleanliness and readiness for use, and provide various golf-related services to ensure a seamless experience for all golfers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload golf bags for players and deliver equipment as needed.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and amenities to enhance the member/guest experience.
• Marshal golf carts in the staging area and assign to players; report issues to Golf Shop.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, practice areas, and surrounding spaces.
• Set up and manage practice areas with equipment such as range balls.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters to ensure smooth operations.
• Complete daily assignments meeting club standards and keep areas stocked and organized.
