Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver exceptional service to members and guests at the club. You will assist golf operations with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and cleaning of work areas to ensure a seamless experience for all golfers.

Responsibilities include cart marshalling, equipment setup, and collaboration with other golf operations staff. A strong knowledge of golf etiquette and friendly demeanor are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Good knowledge of golf etiquette, rules and best practices.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf is preferred.
• Positive attitude and reliability are essential.
• High attention to detail is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload bags for golfers and prep them for play.
• Answer questions, share golf course etiquette, and provide post-round support.
• Marshal carts in the staging area, assign to players, track usage, and report damages.
• Keep cart barn, storage areas, and surrounding spaces clean and organized.
• Set up practice areas with range balls and equipment for daily use.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters for smooth service.
• Complete daily assignments in designated areas and maintain club standards.
