Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding service to members and guests at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart prep, range operations, and keeping work areas clean and organized, ensuring carts are ready for play.

You will marshal carts, promote club events, and support the golf operations team throughout the day while maintaining professional standards and strong etiquette on and off the course.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Answer questions and share golf course etiquette suggestions.
• Marshal carts, track usage, and ensure carts are clean and safe.
• Maintain cart barn and practice areas; keep spaces neat and stocked.
• Set up practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with golf operations staff to ensure smooth service.
