Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding member and guest service at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart prep, range operations, and keep work areas clean and organized.

You will marshal carts, promote events, coordinate with golf operations staff, and ensure golf carts and facilities meet club standards. A high school diploma and golf knowledge help, with a positive, detail-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Excellent communication with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and rules.
• Positive attitude and commitment to service.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers with loading/unloading bags, cart preparation, and post-round support.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and amenities to enhance member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, ensure carts are clean and maintained, report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, practice facilities, and external spaces.
• Set up and manage practice areas with equipment.
• Collaborate with golf operations staff to ensure seamless, efficient service.
• Complete daily assignments meeting club standards.
