Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of Manager experience in the golf industry.
• PGA or LPGA certification preferred.
• Experience managing P&L and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM, POS, and timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the club as primary leader and ambassador.
• Drive revenue growth and manage reservations, tee sheets, pricing.
• Oversee P&L performance and cost controls.
• Monitor finances and inventory; ensure legal compliance.
• Lead department head meetings and staff development.
• Maintain club standards of safety and service.
