The Familie, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Client Service Associate to deliver white-glove support to professional golf clients. You will coordinate travel, schedules, and lifestyle arrangements, working closely with agents and internal teams to anticipate needs and ensure seamless experiences on and off the course.

This full-time role reports to the President of Golf and requires exceptional organization and discretion.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in client services, events, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a key point of contact for client needs with professional communication.
• Coordinate end-to-end client logistics, travel, accommodations, and scheduling.
• Anticipate client needs during tournaments and travel periods.
• Deliver white-glove client services, including lifestyle coordination and reservations.
• Assist agents in managing client affairs and external commitments.
• Plan and execute client events, appearances, and moments with attention to detail.
• Maintain client records and calendars using internal systems.
• Build relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve client needs with discretion.
• Maintain high-touch service across client interactions and social media calendars.
