Job summary

Qualifications

• Extremely organized with acute attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• 2–3 years of experience in client services or events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for client needs with professional, discreet communication.
• Coordinate end-to-end client logistics including travel, accommodations, and scheduling.
• Anticipate client needs during tournaments and travel periods.
• Provide white-glove concierge services and lifestyle coordination.
• Support agents by aligning schedules, priorities, and external commitments.
• Plan and execute client events, appearances, and key moments with attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate client records and calendars in internal systems.
• Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve client needs with sound judgment and discretion.
• Deliver a high-touch service experience across all client interactions.
• Manage client social media calendars and assist with content planning.
