Job summary

Reporting to the President of Golf, you will manage itineraries, bookings, and client records, maintain strong relationships, and contribute to a premium client experience on and off the course.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 2–3 years of experience in client services, events, or related roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to manage trackers.
• Experience coordinating travel and scheduling preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for client needs with professional communication.
• Coordinate end-to-end client logistics including travel and scheduling.
• Anticipate client needs during tournaments and travel periods.
• Provide white-glove services including lifestyle coordination and reservations.
• Assist agents by aligning schedules and external commitments.
• Plan and execute client events and appearances with attention to detail.
• Maintain client records and preferences in internal systems like Monday.com.
• Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve client issues with discretion.
• Deliver high-touch service across all client interactions.
• Maintain social media calendars and support content planning with teams.
