Job summary

Arizona Grand Resort & Spa seeks a front-line hospitality associate to welcome golfers and guests in the Sonoran Desert. You will assist with golf bags, carts, and staging areas while maintaining a polished, guest-focused environment.

The role emphasizes outdoor work, teamwork with the inside golf team, and a commitment to etiquette and service, in a premier resort setting that values integrity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have guest-facing hospitality experience or strong customer-service orientation.
• Understanding of golf etiquette and basic rules is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet golfers and guests with polished hospitality across the golf staging area.
• Assist guests with golf bags and equipment between parking, storage, and carts.
• Load/unload golf bags safely and stage carts for daily operations.
• Maintain golf carts and equipment, including charging batteries and tire checks.
• Support bag storage operations and assist with event preparation and guest needs.
• Help cart wash team with detailing to uphold high presentation standards.
• Assist with moving boxes and supplies to the pro shop as needed.
• Support resort departments during events and help with general upkeep of golf areas.
