Acushnet Company is seeking an Account Representative to serve as the trusted voice for Accounts, guiding product options, orders, and program support. You will provide essential inside support to our Field Sales team and manage stock club orders.

The role emphasizes customer-first service, product knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 2+ years in golf or customer service; familiarity with FootJoy products is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of golf or customer service experience accepted in lieu.
• 2–4 years of customer service or golf industry experience required (or 1+ year as an Acushnet CSR).
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple systems.
• Familiarity with FootJoy products preferred.
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to sit at a PC for extended periods; may lift/carry golf club bags for events.

Responsibilities

• Guide Accounts through product options, order management, and program support.
• Provide inside support to the Field Sales team and manage stock club orders.
