Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking an Account Representative in Carlsbad, CA to serve Trade Accounts, guide product options, and manage orders. You’ll provide essential inside support to the Field Sales team and contribute to program success.

The role requires 2–4 years of customer service or golf industry experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and Titleist knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of golf or customer service experience accepted in lieu.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple systems.
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with Titleist SureFit fitting methodology and premium golf retail strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted voice for Trade Accounts, guiding product options and program support.
• Provide inside support to the Field Sales team and manage orders.
• Address availability, features, and customer questions to resolve issues.
• Identify trends and contribute to organizational initiatives.
