Acushnet Company is seeking a Sales Representative to drive FootJoy product sales across an assigned geographic territory. You will champion the brand, deliver exceptional service, and work to meet revenue and distribution objectives while supporting company initiatives.

The role emphasizes field sales, relationship-building with customers, and participation in events and promotions to strengthen FootJoy's market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience.
• Knowledge of FootJoy products is required.
• Ability to drive extensively throughout an assigned territory.
• Overnight travel as necessary to ensure territory coverage.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and service efforts for FootJoy product lines to achieve revenue and distribution goals.
• Manage administrative functions: pricing compliance, order entry, car-stock oversight, promos tracking, and records.
• Execute in-store merchandising with displays and POP materials to maximize sell-through.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Represent FootJoy at events and engage PGA Professionals and influencers.
