Job summary

Acushnet Company seeks a Sales Representative to drive growth and deliver exceptional service for FootJoy products across an assigned geographic territory. You will champion the brand, grow distribution, and build lasting relationships with customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of field sales experience, plus the ability to travel overnight and maintain a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior field sales experience required.
• Knowledge of FootJoy products required.
• Ability to drive extensively throughout an assigned geographic territory.
• Overnight travel required as necessary to ensure territory coverage.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and service efforts for FootJoy product lines in the assigned territory.
• Manage administrative functions including pricing compliance, order entry, car-stock oversight, and account records.
• Perform in-store merchandising to maximize sell-through and reduce returns.
• Build strong, customer-focused relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Represent FootJoy at events and engage with PGA professionals and influencers.
