Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and execute account planning, in-field activation, and territory sales management to achieve targets.
• Build and sustain trust-based relationships with customers and consumers, expanding distribution.
• Drive product and service sales by prioritizing top revenue accounts with best service.
• Ensure timely order writing, manage open order book, align with trade programs.
• Activate key product and brand stories at retail to boost visibility and sell-through.
• Conduct product knowledge sessions and represent Adidas at meetings and events.
• Provide market insights to Sales Leadership, including competitor activity.
• Submit territory forecasts and maintain records of sales performance and accounts.
