Job summary

PUMA Group is seeking a golf fitting specialist to perform custom fittings and deliver industry-leading customer experiences across the territory. You will work with the Custom Fitting team to schedule events, train accounts, and build relationships with CPG partners.

The role requires passion for golf, familiarity with launch monitors, and the ability to travel extensively within the territory, including evenings and weekends. Base pay per fitting day plus commission.

Qualifications

• Passion for golf and desire to build a career in the golf industry.
• PGA/PGM affiliation preferred.
• Experience with launch monitors and golf club fitting.
• Strong understanding of golf swing and fitting terminology.

Responsibilities

• Perform custom fitting sessions to golfers of all levels.
• Ensure a top-tier experience pre, during, and post fitting.
• Provide custom specifications to consumers and accounts.
• Schedule custom fitting events with the Teamhead Custom Fitting & Territory Sales Manager.
• Develop relationships with CPG accounts within territory.
• Provide Custom fit training to CPG accounts, sales reps, and demo techs.
• Support CPG fitting carts with training and tools management.
• Visit National & Off Course Accounts for product and training.
• Maintain demo matrix and manage product updates for events.
