Job summary

STChealth, part of the Harris family, seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to build a secure, automated, self-service software delivery platform. You will enable universal CI/CD pipelines, GitOps promotion with ArgoCD, and automated compliance gates across AWS/EKS environments.

You will partner with engineering to enforce automated security, operability, and telemetry integration, while enabling scalable agentic workflows and confidential secrets governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps or SRE with enterprise CI/CD experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain centralized, reusable pipeline templates (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
• Build and own the Golden Path delivery engine and automated security gates.
• Bridge modern platform with production systems ensuring SOC 2, HIPAA, and audits compliance.
• Embed automated vulnerability scanning (SAST/ SCA) into build processes.
• Design and operate self-hosted AI infrastructure and agentic orchestration workflows.
• Provide self-service scaffolding and IaC modules for compliant service onboarding.
