Job summary

STChealth is seeking a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own a modern, automated deployment platform. You will build universal CI/CD templates, secure gate automation, and self-service scaffolding for teams, with strong emphasis on GitOps and containerized environments.

You will bridge high-throughput platforms with existing production systems, ensuring rigorous DevSecOps and ORR standards while enabling canary rollouts and secure software delivery across AWS EKS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with enterprise CI/CD design
• Strong AWS and Kubernetes (AWS EKS) experience
• Hands-on with GitOps controllers (ArgoCD/Flux) and canary deployments
• Proficient in C#/.NET, Node.js, Python for internal tooling
• Experience with AI infrastructure and self-hosted AI workflows
• IaC expertise with Terraform or Pulumi

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the Golden Path delivery platform and CI/CD pipelines
• Implement modular release architecture with universal scanning upstream
• Enable self-service project scaffolding and IaC modules for teams
• Embed security gates (SAST/ SCA) into pipelines and maintain compliance artifacts
• Ensure telemetry, observability, and audit trails across deployments
• Collaborate with Engineering to enforce automated operational readiness
