Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles is seeking a Royal Service Supervisor to lead our Royal Service team and uphold exceptional guest experiences. You will coach staff, ensure timely responses to requests, and maintain brand standards across all guest interactions.

Responsibility includes overseeing reservations, upselling experiences, and supporting Front Desk duties while delivering warm, anticipatory service in a high‑end environment.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of experience in hotel guest services or related field.
• Experience as Royal Service Agent or similar role is a strong plus.
• Leadership presence: motivate, give feedback, lead by example.
• Calm, courteous, solution-focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail; balance guest and business needs.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is an asset; comfortable with Microsoft Office.

• Lead the team and run day-to-day operations on shift.
