Boogie Team is seeking a hands-on GoHighLevel Specialist to support CRM systems, lead management, and client communication for a U.S.-based business. This role is remote with work aligned to U.S. Pacific Time.

You will maintain reliable workflows, resolve platform issues, and help teams follow through on leads and requests. Compensation and engagement terms will be confirmed for the assignment.

• Strong understanding of CRM management, workflow automation, triggers, pipelines, and campaign setup.
• Experience supporting lead generation or sales processes.
• Excellent written English and clear, professional communication.

• Organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems independently.

About the Role

Boogie Team is recruiting a hands-on GoHighLevel Specialist to support CRM systems, lead management, and client communication for a U.S.-based business.

You will maintain reliable workflows and accurate customer information, resolve platform issues, and help teams follow through on leads and requests.

Remote work aligned with U.S. Pacific Time (Los Angeles, PST/PDT), including daylight saving changes. The exact shift, working days, weekly hours, compensation, and engagement terms will be confirmed for the assignment.

Client/work location: California, USA. The role remains remote; the applicant’s current location is collected separately.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage GHL workflows, pipelines, triggers, forms, calendars, campaigns, and CRM updates.
• Build, improve, and troubleshoot lead-generation and follow-up automations.
