You will leverage Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, deliver diverse candidate slates, and support inclusive hiring practices across global teams. Remote work within the US is available.

Qualifications

Five+ years of recruiting experience with Go-to-Market talent in global tech environments.
Proven ability to build and manage candidate pipelines across seniority levels.
Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools and emerging sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

Design proactive sourcing strategies using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Build and refine talent pipelines for Go-to-Market roles across seniorities.
Partner with recruiters to align on target profiles and selection criteria.
Provide market intelligence and talent availability insights.
Deliver diverse, well-qualified candidate slates with personalized outreach.
Create a compelling candidate experience and clear communication.
Collaborate with global TA teams to share best practices.
Apply AI-powered tools to improve sourcing productivity and outcomes.
