Job summary

Stripe, LLC. is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst in New York to support regional sales leaders with data-driven insights, standardizing processes, and forecast accuracy.

You will analyze performance, identify opportunities, and drive efficiency across the sales organization. You will work with SQL, Tableau, and AI-enabled reporting to deliver deep analyses to senior leaders, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to go-to-market planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years in Sales, Strategy and Operations; 5+ years post-bachelor's.
• Experience with SQL and analytics to build complex queries and analyze large data sets.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau and data visualization.
• Experience with AI to improve productivity and automated reporting.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and timeline coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales leaders with intelligence and insight to accelerate growth.
• Standardize global and regional processes currently decentralized.
• Provide deep dives into key performance metrics and business performance.
• Solve problems and produce structured analyses for sales operations challenges.
• Identify new opportunities for productivity gains and regional growth.
• Participate in go-to-market projects and regular planning activities.
• Prepare weekly forecast materials and update leadership on growth metrics.
• Oversee enabling systems and tools alignment with internal teams.
